Pro Air Elite Protection Plans

 A: Approved repair costs including labour + parts (see your plan inclusions) for your existing AC system up to your plan’s coverage limits. 

A: Your Immediate coverage starts within 1-2 business days following your payment. There is a 6-month waiting period from your signup approval date to be able to claim the maximum payout.  

A: No - The 6-month waiting period only applies to your first year. You are fully covered for the following years once you renew your plan.

A: Book your technician as usual, then submit the job details and invoice through our online claims form. We assess and pay the claim as per your plan's limits. A $50 claim processing fee is applied.

 A: YES - You can upgrade the plan within the first 30 days.

A: It depends on the protection level you expect to receive. Contact us for a bundle plan discount.

A: YES - You can cancel your plan within the first 60 days if you change your mind. You won't be refunded after 60 days.

Deductions: 

• Within the first 15 days: Cooling-off period - Full refund.
• Within Day 16 – 60: Refund available, minus a 20% cancellation fee.
• After 60 days: Refund unavailable.
