How Property Managers Sign up Clients

1. Property Manager Registration on HPA Portal

  • Property Managers will be given a link to register themselves on the Horizon Pro Air portal (1-2 minutes). This is needed only once.
  • A unique PM ID is assigned to each property manager.
  • The Property Manager uses the PM ID when signing up a new owner/landlord.
  • Our system automatically links that owner to the property manager.

2. Select a Plan and Sign up a client

  • Select a plan for your client.
  • Fill out the online form: Add the owner's and the property information to the portal
  • Link it to your PM ID: Simply type in your PM ID in the relevant field.
  • Proceed to Payment.
  • Submit the Form

3. Approval

  • The sign-up form will be reviewed by our team
  • A confirmation email is sent to the property manager and the owner within 48 hours.
  • The protection plan starts.

4. Submit a Claim for an Invoice Payout

  • The property manager or the owner submits an online "Claim Form"
  • Attach/Upload the Invoice (licensed service tech).
  • Approval process starts immediately
  • Payment will be made upon HPA approval.

Frequently Asked Questions:

 A:  Yes. Submit one form per property or contact us for bulk onboarding support. 


A: Keep your trusted technician and existing maintenance system—no interruptions. 

We cover approved repair costs up to your plan’s limits, ensuring smooth service and happy tenants. 


  • New unit installation (supply of the AC unit indoor, outdoor or complete system)
  • Non-repair works are NOT included. 
  • Pre-existing faults at the time of subscription
  • Damage to your AC caused by negligence, misuse, or accident
  • Damage caused by pests, weather, or electrical surges
  • Delivery/freight costs

 A:  Priority review for Property managers' claims. Most are assessed quickly once invoices are submitted. 


 A: Yes, you can. It is possible to update your plan even before the plan renewal date. Ask us for portfolio review recommendations. 


A:  They are eligible for a refund within the first 60 days of their account activation date, provided they have not claimed a service payout. No question is asked. 

There will be NO refund after 60 days or following a claim.

Deductions: 

  • First two weeks: Cooling off period - Full refund
  • Within 15-60 days of the account activation date, a 20% cancellation fee will apply.
  • After 60 days: NOT eligible for a refund.
