The property manager creates a work order for HPA Support Desk.
HPA Support Desk will assess the issue, contact the trades, get pricing, and evaluate the services offered by the contractors. Then, a clear report including the necessary actions is sent to the property manager.
The property manager simply sends the report to the owner to obtain approval to proceed (PM does not spend time on chasing up quotes, NO back-and-forth with trades, and NO pricing justification).
Following the complete installation/repair, the HPA team will ensure the issue is entirely resolved and will close the work order.
