A: Approved repair costs including labour + parts (see your plan inclusions) for your existing AC system up to your plan’s coverage limits. Parts components are excluded in some plans.
A: Youe Immediate coverage starts within 1-2 business days following your payment. There is a 6-month waiting period from your signup approval date to be able to claim the maximum payout.
A: No - The 6-month waiting period only applies to your first year. You are fully covered for the following years once you renew your plan.
A: Book your technician as usual, then submit the job details and invoice through our online claims form. We assess and pay the claim as per your plan's limits.
